About Us
City of Refuge is a community of Christians who meet in House Churches located throughout Northeast Philadelphia and its suburbs. We hold firmly to the Bible’s view of the church found within the book of Acts, focusing primarily on Acts 2:42-47.
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
