HOPE 4 PHILLY
The outreach will take place on Saturday September 25 from 9-5am. Our location will be 72nd Street and Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia. We are looking for people who would be able to do the following. If you can fulfill anyone of these roles please contact us. Also if you haven’t filled out your card letting us know you are coming please contact let us know ASAP.
Services Needed
-Medical and dental service providers
-Barbers
-Musicians and performers
-Photographers to take and print family portraits for our guests
-Individuals willing to participate in set-up on September 24th
-Kidzone workers
-Anything else that you can offer!
Equipment we may need
-Canopies for overhead coverage
-Blow-up Kidzone items/rides
-Grills for preparing food to serve our guests
-Tables and chairs
-Any additional equipment you may have available
