Partnership with Beth Emanuel Messianic Synagogue
City of Refuge and Beth Emanuel Messianic Synagogue have formed a ministry partnership. This partnership includes City of Refuge’s use of their facilities for our celebration service and growth classes. They will also be giving City of Refuge an office to use and Rabbi Yosi will be teaching one of our growth classes.
